While we're currently the caretakers of your vehicle, remember that we didn't arrange for its transportation.

We understand the necessity of a vehicle in daily life. That's why we ensure they are made available promptly when retention conditions are lifted.

Prepare the documentation and schedule the return of your vehicle by making an appointment here: 418-837-1951.
Keep us informed of when you plan to come retrieve your vehicle. Please note that you must have the form authorizing its release in your possession.
Towing, storage, and handling fees are payable in cash, by credit card, or debit card.
Contact your insurer to inform them that your vehicle is stored with us. They will take care of everything.
You can retrieve your vehicle from our facilities starting at 6:30 a.m. the next morning.
